Charlotte, N.C. – The official ACC Sports App for iPhone and Android has been upgraded for the current ACC baseball season, it was announced today by Raycom Sports. The ACC Sports App, launched by Raycom Sports and powered by Silver Chalice, has been enhanced with a specific baseball section, complete with scores, schedules, standings and rosters. The ACC Sports App download is free.

“We’re pleased to launch the baseball upgrade for the ACC Sports App,” said ACC Commissioner John Swofford. “This provides another opportunity to continue enhancing ACC fans’ experiences through our dynamic mobile platform.”

The 2010-11 ACC Sports App ended the season as a Top 5 paid sports application in iTunes and averaged a 4-star consumer rating.
